Gaza Dream
Brother, sister—
the wall is crumbling. Look!
A fan is spreading open like steps.
Pilgrims are climbing white pyramids
of doves in every village.
Blue cedars reach for olive moons,
and the flow of unearthed canals
reveals reefs of sweet constellations
like hundreds of newborns.
